How will I access my photos or video?

Finished assets and original content are stored in the cloud and delivered via a secure Google Drive folder link.

Can you keep copies of my photos and video

Yes. All original, unprocessed footage and photos, used or unused, is archived for up to one year.

Can you make a revision to my photos & video?

Yes, your photos and video include two standard revisions. This covers adjustments to the sequence of video footage, business and contact information, call-out titles, music and volume levels, as well as tonal and color corrections for both photos and video.

Are you FAA 107 drone certified & insured?

Yes. All drone operations are conducted legally, safely, and in compliance with current FAA regulations, with coverage in place to protect both the property and all parties involved.

Will I own the rights to the delivered media?

Yes, you will own exclusive rights to the final media, with the exception that Just Right Digital may display the work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

Can I have a copy of the 'RAW' footage?

No. Raw footage is not delivered. Industry standard is to provide finished, edited content only. Raw files are unfinished, may include unusable clips, and do not reflect final quality or branding. Retaining raw footage ensures consistency, protects creative control, and prevents misrepresentation.
